The candidate shall be responsible for understanding client requirements, processing briefs, actively participating in content strategy, campaign planning, content creation, and copywriting to enhance the brand’s communication on the brand website, social media and other touchpoints. While this is a remote role, we prefer candidates based in Delhi (NCR) to support occasional in-person meetings, on-ground collaborations, and coordination with client-partners when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients and contributing to developing brand, marketing, and digital strategies for pitches and client projects, to enhance brand visibility across social media and other media/marketing touchpoints.

• Developing marketing plans, strategies, communication layouts, and action plans that align with brand objectives to drive engagement and elevate brand imagery across platforms.  Timely reporting of the brand performance to the client and taking regular feedback from the client to identify learnings and implement suggestions to the strategy basis of the periodic reports.

• Collaborating with internal teams to review, provide feedback, and evaluate execution strategies, communication plans, and mood boards; guiding the creation of written, visual, and digital materials to ensure consistency in brand voice, quality, and messaging across all platforms.

• Identifying, managing, and engaging with stakeholders such as media outlets, production teams, influencers, etc. ensuring clear communication to amplify brand visibility/equity and also to build long-term partnerships.

• Managing strategy and communication teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of work, coordinating with Project Management Officers to establish timelines, delegate tasks, and monitor progress effectively.
