The candidate shall be responsible for performing sales, business development, account management and partnership development. The candidate needs to possess excellent verbal and written English language communication skills, knowledge of other languages is a bonus.


  • Contacting, generating leads and identifying new opportunities and client partnerships. Understanding and analysing the project requirements, working on the project timelines, and providing cost estimations.

  • Prepare project proposals and deliver pitch presentations. 

  • Responsible for communication with client partners to understand key requirements, business background and objectives. 

  • Closely working with the senior management to come up with new offerings to increase revenue.

  • Competitor analysis. Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and industry trends to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.

  • Providing the senior management with client/market feedback.

  • Developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients.

  • Coordinate with the internal business, strategy, content, and creative teams.
