Collaborate in planning, developing, and executing procedures, policies, and systems to enhance overall processes at Grapdes.
Create and maintain a talent pool through recruitment, employee selection, and training initiatives.
Work closely with the Board of Directors and management team to develop, improve, and implement internal and external processes.
Manage significant company information related to various domains, ensuring confidentiality.
Manage bookkeeping tasks and oversee other administrative duties as needed.
